This Black Patent Leather BDSM Locking slave Collar is made using 2 forms of leather. The top leather is Black Patent which is a sultry black. It has a wet, glossy sheen to its surface looking like PVC. The leather that this is bonded to is a black supersoft chrome-tanned leather. The Black Patent Lockable slave Collar is 3/4" wide and is fitted with a heart-shaped padlock that hangs in the middle closing the collar shut. This collar is meant to hang on the lower part of the neck so please take your EXACT neck measurement there.  The slave collar comes with 2-keys.
