I want a certain style in a different colour/leather, is that allowed?

Absolutely! You may order any style collar in just about any type of leather I offer.  There may be an upcharge if you choose to have an item made in a leather that is more expensive than what the listing is offering. Not all leathers cost the same but please feel free to email me with a link/photo of the item you want and which leather you would like it made it. I can also use 2 different leather lines for restraints and strap & cuff style collars if you want to mix and match. For instance, you may have a pink strap on a red cuff etc…

Do you ship Discreetly???

Absolutely! I always ship all orders out in either plain gold jiffy packs or USPS Priority Mail parcels with only my name and address on the return NOT Von Bondage. There will be no way anyone will know what is inside the parcel. For overseas customers I try to be as artfully vague as possible on the Customs Forms, but not SO vague that they are tempted to open what is inside. For instance, I might say:  Leather Collar, Leather Cuffs.  Or Leather Leash and Dog Collars (so it looks like its for a pet.) No mention of fetish or bondage is ever on the parcel.

Why Don’t you ship to Europe/UK anymore?

Sadly, in 2021 The European Union modified their Value-Added Tax (VAT) regulations. Sellers in the U.S. are required to collect VAT and register for a IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) account to collect VAT. This means I would need to register on the IOSS portal and would need to establish an “intermediary,” a representative located in any one of the 27 EU countries who would then submit the VAT payments each quarter as well as process any returns. This is EXPENSIVE and mainly for large business with financial departments. I am a sole proprietor, an Artisan and 1 Woman-show, so do not have the funds to do this.

So how long does it take to have my order made and shipped?

I work as diligently as possible to get all orders made and sent in a timely fashion but please do remember that every single order is HAND-MADE.  I do not have stock sitting on the shelf like shops you find on the street. My items are Made to Order, so that I can accommodate custom details, neck sizes and other tweaks my customers may want.  If you have an event coming up please make sure you give me at least 2 weeks to make and ship your order out to you. Most orders are made and shipped between 3-8 business days of payment received. If you order many items in a single order it may take longer to get everything finished. If you are unsure and would like a ball park idea of dispatch time before ordering, feel free to email and let me know how many items you would be ordering. I can let you know roughly how long it will take before shipping.
